The Scientology Handbook Helps Nurses at the Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai Care for the Needs of Their Patients

Mr. Hubbard developed dozens of procedures called Scientology assists that address a wide array of conditions. Simple to learn and use, many of these are covered in the Scientology Handbook, and the Scientology Assists chapter of this text was the basis of training provided to nurses of the Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai, India. The training was provided by the Scientology Volunteer Ministers India Goodwill Tour.
The Nanavati hospital has a long humanitarian tradition of caring for the needs of the community. Inaugurated over half a century ago by Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of the Republic of India, the hospital is dedicated to the vision of Mahatama Gandhi: providing care to people regardless of caste, race or religion.
The hospital's Blessed Teresa Pediatric Centre named for Mother Teresa, provides free or affordable quality medical care for disadvantaged children.
Seminars and workshops based on the Scientology Handbook are available through Scientology churches and missions and by contacting the International Volunteer Ministers Coordinator, by visiting the Scientology Volunteer Ministers web site.
