Scientology Handbook Helping the Prisoners of Kin Men Island
KIN MEN ISLAND, TAIWAN: The Volunteer Ministers Asian Goodwill Tour is using the Scientology Handbook to bring self-respect to the prisoners of Kin Men Island.

Hearing of the success of a rehabilitation model which was recently implemented in a Taipei prison, and which is based on Mr. Hubbard's discoveries in that field, prison officials welcomed the Scientology Volunteer Ministers with banners and fanfare when they arrived here one week ago.
The Volunteer Ministers delivered a workshop to several policemen and 61 prisoners. It was based a chapter of the Scientology Handbook, which helps the individual regain his or her personal integrity.
After the seminar, officials asked the Volunteer Ministers for their help in implementing the successful drug rehabilitation program, which is based on Mr. Hubbard's discoveries in that field.
